may 10th – update

Well, we actually have something going on today that could use prayers. I called the insurance company to get Kent pre-approved for the procedure at Johns Hopkins, and they informed me that they can’t even start the process without a procedure date. Therefore, the insurance company is going to call the physician at Johns Hopkins to get a date – at least a ballpark date – that they can use to begin their approval process. Even a ballpark date would help us, because we would know that it would probably not be earlier than that date. It is so hard to live day to day, not being able to plan for anything because we might “get the call” and be on our way. So please help us pray that the insurance company can do what we haven’t been able to do – ascertain a possible date for the procedure. THANKS. The weekend was lovely. We enjoyed our children and grandchildren on Saturday, and had a quiet Sunday at church and with friends on Sunday. Kent seems to be the same. Love, Davidene

Lord God, We thank you for Kent, your servant. We ask that you remember him and touch his life. You are the God of all flesh. NOthing is impossible with you. All your promises are yes. We ask that John Hopkins gives a date for the insurance to cover the cost. We ask that the procedure goes smoothly, and healing hands be on Kent. We ask that Your grace surround Kent, Deanie, and their children. Protect them from the evil one, and may your favor surround them. In the Name of Jesus, we ask.

With much love, your forever friend, Evie
